Welcome back to our returning vendors and a warm welcome to all the newbies interested in joining us!

Parents and Young Entrepreneurs, please carefully review all information, including the FAQ page, and complete your application together. Please submit one application per business/booth.

Special Reminder:

We receive a high volume of applications for jewelry, crochet, and 3D-printed businesses. To create a diverse and engaging marketplace, we prioritize unique business ideas and products. Additionally, preference is given to businesses that create their own handmade products rather than reselling commercially available items. Please keep these considerations in mind when submitting your application.

Registration

Your registration fee of $40.00 will include one booth space for Saturday or Sunday. If you would like to participate in both days you can add an additional day for $40.00.

Approved Vendor Benefits

Upon approval of your application, a registration fee will be requested. This fee guarantees your participation in this year's Children’s Business Fair and provides the following benefits:

• An educational workshop to assist you in preparing for the business fair.
• Access to the Vendor Resource Page containing downloadable materials.
• A 10' x 10' booth space for either Saturday or Sunday, this includes a table and table linen that will be set up before your arrival on the day of the fair.

Saturday Full Day 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (FULL)

Saturday Half Day 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (FULL)

Saturday Half Day 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm (5 Spaces Left)

Sunday Full Day 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday Half Day 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Sunday Half Day 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm

*For 8:00 am vendors, booth set up is from 6:45 am - 7:15 am. 

Your Commitment

All participants are require to stay for their designated time. No exceptions. Our event opens and closes with the rest of the ClovisFest activities. Due to pedestrian safety and support for other vendors we are to adhere to the rules of ClovisFest - early take downs are not allowed.

No bottled waters or sodas can be sold within the Children's Business Fair section. ClovisFest has a beverage sponsor that will have drinks available for sale.
