  • What is Clovis Fest?

What can be sold at the Children's Business Fair?

  • Can we sell baked goods?

Yes, baked goods are accepted but will need to be prepared in a professional kitchen as required by the California Health Department. We are so fortunate to have Clovis Culinary as one of our partners, who donates kitchen space to all young bakers to prepare and package their tasty treats.

Clovis Culinary has reserved their kitchen space on Friday, September 22 for all young bakers. *This is the only available day.

*Please note, we can not allow food or drinks that have been prepared at home to be sold at the fair.

  • Bottled waters can not be sold at the fair.

Clovis Fest is partnered with a local beverage distributor who will have drinks available for purchase.  For that reason vendors are not allowed to sell bottled waters and other beverages.

Farm fresh eggs and meat are not allowed for purchase at the Chidlren's Business Fair.

  • Electricity is not available.

For Parents

  • Parent Advice

Your kids will get the most out of this experience through their own creative process, trial/error and problem solving process. Let your child be the Chair of the Board, CEO, and owner of his/her ideas. Allow the products, the booth, and sales reflect your child at her/his best, not your best.  Your job is to maintain enthusiasm, provide encouragement and be their support staff.

  • Parent Chaperone Required

Each young business is required to have a parent chaperone.
